I have had some time on my hands staying home with the baby so I have been keeping busy by making some little things for her. I get so many comments on them I decided that I would try to sell some and make a little extra money.

Landon said that he bought the baby a present then turned around and she looked like this! It was hilarious. No wonder why nursing is not going well!!! It is actually a binki. What a funny daddy!
I crochet her these boots from a pattern I bought online. They are so cute!
What a cutie! She is getting to be more fun each day I just love her!
My mom said that I had some unruly hair so she would put curlers in it. Well I decided to try it on Ariah.

We got a free orange juice carton for spending $25 on groceries.
Landon: You know what we should do?! (said with all the enthusiasm in the world)
Me: What?
Landon: We should wash out the orange juice box really good and make freezer orange juice and put it in the box! Then it will feel like we are drinking special orange juice!
Then we were driving past a boat for sale
Me: The Ricks family has a boat, all it needs is a new engine... I think that it just flooded a lot.
Landon: It's not good when a boat floods...
When buying formula
Me: ... so this 15$ can of formula will only last five days!!! (thankfully we don't have to pay for it)
Landon: And you thought it was expensive when I eat out!
I was watching a movie with Ariah on my lap and I started to play with her and out popped a laugh. She laughed once or twice before but never this much. Landon got out the camera and started rolling. So I guess making pig noises pays off for the laughs. We are anxious for the next couple of months to see her bloom and have a great little personality.
Last weekend we went to Utah to spend time with family. On our way back I was sitting in the back seat with Ariah trying to entertain her. I was shaking a toy in front of her and when I set it in her lap she actually picked it up and shoved it in her mouth! She has never paid attention to toys before and as far as she is concerned mom is just a big toy. I watched her learn something! It was the coolest thing to witness! Then this morning she discovered her toes. It is so fun to be home with her so I don't miss all the little things with her. I LOVE being a mom!
P.S. She just LAUGHED for the first time today!
